Ryan Grant

I’m a North West based singer and saxophone player, born in Liverpool, November 1993.

If you’re looking for an acclaimed, talented and experienced singer or saxophonist to perform at your special Event, Function, Birthday Party, Wedding Breakfast, Drinks Reception or Wedding Party then you have come to the right place.

Top notch performer. This guy is going places for sure. Book him now while you can still afford him! (Unless you are VERY rich) because he will soon be costing you TOP dollar. And deserves it!

Richard Hague

Simply have to say that Ryan was the catalyst that made my daughters wedding so memorable. Great guy with a big personality and charm, and had everybody dancing before the soup arrived! Highly recommended and guaranteed to make any party swing!

—  Mike Matenczuk

You look good, sound good and are great with the audience. I could take you home and put you on the shelf! You’re a little bit of class. Have you got any CDs?

— Bette Yates MBE

Took quite a lot of convincing at the beginning that it was you & not recorded music.  Your voice was fantastic & you really made the party go with a swing.  Your look, your voice, your presence & your professionalism were faultless.  Thank you so much.

– Collete

About Me

I was born into a musical family; inspired by my brother and sister who play both the violin and the piano. Having a piano at home meant it was only natural I would take up the instrument! I play the piano daily in addition to another instrument I enjoy – the acoustic guitar! I am also a talented Saxophone player, and offer my services in the form of a 30-minute saxophone set as an optional extra to my singing bookings.

My influence in music has stemmed from listening to my parent’s music collection throughout early life – I’ve been singing along to many of the songs I perform now since I was just a few years old! A poster made when I was 5 reads; ‘When I grow up I want to sing like a Bee Gee’. Ambition fulfilled!

In terms of my personality, I have been described as charismatic, funny, charming and cheeky. I think you need to be in this job! Outside of music, I enjoy watching and playing sports, I love animals and I have a keen interest in history.

Being a Vocalist: What Do I Do?

As a singer, I perform at weddings, events and private functions across the UK. I also perform in various restaurants, hotels, pubs, clubs and lounges within the North West.

I pride myself in providing outstanding, premium quality entertainment at an affordable price. Be sure to read my brilliant testimonials.

My vast, growing repertoire – presented in my song book – includes popular Jazz standards, Rat Pack & Swing numbers made famous by the likes of Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble, two of my favourite artistes.

In addition, I enjoy singing modern hits and vast a range of Pop, Soul and Rock classics from the 60s, 70s & 80s from artists such as The Beatles, Lionel Richie, George Benson & The Bee Gees. I also perform hits made famous by Robbie Williams, Ed Sheeran, Dean Martin, Rod Stewart, Nat King Cole, The Four Seasons, The Beach Boys, Luther Vandross, Earth Wind & Fire, Ronan Keating, Bread, Billy Joel, Barry White, The Stylistics… I can go on and on here!

I have been compared to Michael Buble in terms of voice style, tone, stage presence and repertoire. Like Buble, I sing Jazz & Swing but also mix in a lot of different styles and genres – contemporary tracks but also songs from the 60s, 70 & 80s. Other comparisons have been made with me and the likes of George Benson and Robbie Williams, while others have described me as a British cross between Sinatra and Buble. Whilst I specialise in that style of music, my song book is varied and I have a extended vocal range offering the versatility to perform other genres.

And don’t forget I play Saxophone too – available as an option with all bookings.

I am a self-contained act that uses the highest quality Bose L1 PA equipment, Shure Beta 58a Digital Wireless Microphones. For all Saxophone sets I use the stunning Signature Custom Raw, high-end instrument. I believe that using the best quality equipment is essential. With my DJ-style services / disco I include stage lighting.

Don’t forget, I’m more than happy to learn new material on request; I’m often asked by soon-to-be-married couples to learn a new song to be performed at their wedding, usually for their first dance.

What can I do for you?

As each event is unique, I always tailor my service to you. Let’s talk about when and where you want me and how long for. I’m most popularly asked to perform two or three 30, 45 or 60 minute sets. At Weddings, separate performances are an option – such as at the Breakfast and Evening Reception. I can even provide interval party music and lighting, a saxophone set and/or a professional DJ service!

Due to high demand, my availability is limited so get in touch as early as possible to avoid disappointment. For booking enquiries, visit the bookings page or call on 07704805666 now.
