Last weekend I had the pleasure of performing from start to finish at a beautiful wedding at Inglewood Manor for Linda & Jo — and it was one of those days that perfectly suited both the couple and the venue.
From the ceremony through to the final song of the evening, the atmosphere was elegant, warm and full of character — exactly what Inglewood Manor does so well.
The clients were extremely happy, and left me a five-star Google review after the event.
A Romantic Ceremony in the Side Room
The ceremony took place in one of the smaller, intimate rooms at Inglewood Manor, which creates a wonderfully close and emotional setting.
For the aisle walk, Linda asked me to sing Can’t Help Falling in Love by Elvis Presley — a timeless choice that worked beautifully in the heritage surroundings of the venue. I also provided all of the background music as guests arrived and during the signing of the register, ensuring everything flowed naturally.
One particularly special request was for a bespoke AI-generated song created specifically for the couple. Although the couple had already sourced this song online, I am able to offer custom song creation — and this is something I’m increasingly asked for, and it added a unique, personal touch to their ceremony.
Swing & Rat Pack for the Drinks Reception
Following the ceremony, drinks were served in the hallway area, which links seamlessly with the other rooms. Inglewood Manor has this lovely integrated feel — spaces connect naturally rather than feeling separated.
For the drinks reception, Linda & Jo requested a swing and Rat Pack vocal set. Given the venue’s heritage look and feel, these classic styles complemented the surroundings perfectly. It created a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere as guests mingled.
Hosting & Saxophone During the Wedding Breakfast
The wedding breakfast took place in the longer main room, adjacent to the ceremony space. The layout makes transitions effortless — something that really helps when delivering full-day entertainment.

The older styles of music enhanced the venue’s character beautifully. With a slightly more mature guest list, the atmosphere was refined, warm and full of appreciation for the live performance.
An Elegant Evening Party
As the evening began, we moved seamlessly into the first dance, before building the energy with 60s, 70s and 80s classics — perfect for the crowd.
Later in the evening, we added some party sax moments into the DJ set, lifting the energy while still keeping the elegance that suited both the couple and the venue.
It was an elegant celebration with style and personality, which matched Inglewood Manor perfectly.
